India to try-out new anti-radiation missile that crossovers enemy radars


India is now trying-out its new and native air-launched: NGARM, that is specially designed to destroy opposition’s radar surveillance. It has been on pilot study and was built-in to Sukhoi-30MKI fighter.

About the NGRAM missile

  • It has a strike range of 100-km.
  • It is the 1st air to ground missile.
  • It is more powerful than a supersonic cruise missile in speed and destruction.
  • It works perfectly in all types of weather.


  • It has been jointly developed by DRDO with Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and Israeli Aerospace Industries.

It is a defence shield against approaching enemy jet fighters, helicopters, and other military weapons, ammunition, equipment.
